Waterloo officials are pursuing a village disaster declaration and asking residents to submit photos and damage estimates as cleanup continues from the Sept. 2 tornadoes. The village has scheduled a communitywide tree-and-brush pickup for Tuesday, Sept. 8, while county and utility recovery work continues.
