The Wayne-Finger Lakes fall sports season is upon us, with Tuesday bringing the first full slate of action for area teams. Mynderse’s Elijah Doell scored twice in a close boys soccer matchup with Palmyra-Macedon, while Penn Yan and Geneva played to a double-overtime draw. Naples also had three players find the back of the net in its season opener, and Midlakes came away with a girls tennis victory.
