A Lyons man was charged with petit larceny after deputies said an alcoholic drink was stolen from a Kwik Fill store in the town.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office identified the man as Joshua L. Santa, 34, of Franklin Street.
Deputies said the theft of a BuzzBall drink was reported at about 5:01 a.m. Aug. 24.
Following a brief investigation, deputies located Santa at his Franklin Street residence and arrested him without incident, according to the sheriff's office.
Santa was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office for processing.
Deputies said he was issued an appearance ticket and is expected to answer the charge in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
