A Utica man was sentenced to two years in federal prison for his role in an Ulster County cocaine-trafficking organization, prosecutors said Monday.
Allen McGraw, 46, previously pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine. He admitted responsibility for 100 to 200 grams of cocaine in the organization and will serve three years of supervised release after prison.
The case stems from a 2025 indictment charging 10 people in organizations accused of distributing more than 11 kilograms of cocaine and hundreds of grams of crack cocaine in Kingston and other parts of Ulster County.
Investigators seized more than five kilograms of cocaine and 270 grams of crack cocaine during searches, prosecutors said. Charges against the remaining defendants are accusations, and they are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
