A Seneca Falls man faces felony driving while intoxicated and child-endangerment charges after police said he drove with three children in his vehicle.
The Seneca Falls Police Department said officers arrested Alejandro S. Aguilera, 32, on Aug. 30 after receiving a report of a suspiciously parked vehicle that had been left running and unattended in a grassy area with its doors open.
Police said a roadside investigation determined that Aguilera had operated the vehicle while intoxicated with the children inside.
Aguilera was charged with felony DWI and felony driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher because of two prior DWI convictions, according to police.
He also was charged with three felony counts under Leandra's Law and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police released Aguilera on an appearance ticket directing him to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
