Ontario County sheriff's deputies charged a 36-year-old Springwater man with public lewdness Thursday after investigating a reported trespassing complaint at Runnings.
Deputies responded to the store at 3191 County Road 10 on Aug. 27 and learned during the investigation that Jason Daniel Ward had allegedly exposed his intimate parts in public there on Aug. 21, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Ward was found minutes later and taken into custody at 3:30 p.m. without incident, deputies said.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released from custody.
