The ninth annual Music for Mom benefit will bring two days of live music, raffles, art demonstrations and food trucks to Crafty Ales & Lagers in Phelps on Sept. 11 and 12.
The event honors the memory of Lee Huntley and will raise money for the Music Therapy Program at Golisano Children's Hospital, which supports children and families through music-based care.
Music begins at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, with Old World Warblers, Travis Prinzi, Jeff Mott and Paul Longstreet scheduled to perform.
Saturday's lineup includes The Endless Mountain Derelicts, St. Vith, Aaron Deruyter & The Confluence, The Deadly Woolly Buggers, The Movers, Sweet T & Johnny B, Jason Being & The Human Condition, Growl Bear, Mark Cellura and Atomic Breakdown featuring Tom Chamberlain and Aaron Hunt. The weekend is scheduled to conclude at 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12.
Acoustic performances are also planned throughout the weekend on an open mic stage featuring CC Ryder, Penny and additional performers.
The event will also include raffles, a 50/50 drawing, art demonstrations, food trucks and craft beer. Organizers said all proceeds will benefit the hospital's music therapy program.
Music for Mom will be held at Crafty Ales & Lagers, 2 Exchange St. in Phelps.
