A Geneva man who police identified as a Level 2 sex offender was charged with forcible touching following an investigation into an incident inside his home.
Daymon D. Eggers, 21, of Geneva, was arrested Aug. 18 on Exchange Street, according to the Geneva Police Department.
Police said investigators determined Eggers forcibly touched another person’s intimate parts without consent.
The incident occurred inside Eggers’ home, and the victim was known to him, police said.
The Geneva Police Department described the case as an isolated incident and said additional charges are pending.
