A Yates County Jail inmate faces a felony charge after deputies said he threw toilet liquids and urine-soaked toilet paper at a corrections officer.
Gary V. Fuller was charged with aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate following an incident reported inside the jail at 227 Main St. in Penn Yan.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. Aug. 16 and was reported to deputies the following day.
Investigators said Fuller allegedly splashed cups containing toilet liquids at a corrections officer before throwing urine-soaked toilet paper at the same officer.
Fuller was arrested and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
