Owners Kim and Jeff Roberge opened the bakery in 1990 after meeting at SUNY Cobleskill.

The Phoenix Mills Plaza business has sold cakes, pastries, breads, sandwiches, salads and lunch orders over nearly four decades.

Jeff Roberge is a partner in the soon-to-open Wheel Works Brewing Co. in Shortsville, where both owners will be involved in kitchen operations.

The bakery is located at 6385 Route 96 in Victor.
