Seneca Falls police arrested a 60-year-old local man Aug. 13 on a bench warrant stemming from what police described as his failure to appear in court on DWI-related charges.
Police identified the man as William Richmond. The release did not provide details about the underlying DWI case or say when the warrant was issued.
Richmond was taken to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment, police said.
