Wayne County sheriff's deputies arrested an 18-year-old Rochester man following a disturbance Sunday on Shuler Street in the town of Lyons.
Deputies charged Colin Forbes of Furlong Street with third-degree assault. The Sheriff's Office alleged Forbes assaulted another person after a disagreement.
Forbes was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment, according to the release.
