Seneca Falls police arrested a 30-year-old Orchard Park man Tuesday and charged him with fourth-degree criminal mischief following a reported domestic incident.
Police identified the man as Corey Szczygiel and said the charge is a Class A misdemeanor. The release did not describe the property damage or other conduct alleged in the case.
Szczygiel was taken to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment. Police said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
