TCAT's fall schedule took effect Sunday with more frequent buses, added trips and expanded late-night service, according to 14850. The Fall 2026 schedule will remain in effect through Dec. 19.
The agency said the seasonal expansion is needed as Cornell University and Ithaca College students return to the area.
Route 10 between Cornell and the Commons will run as often as every six minutes between 9 a.m. and noon on weekdays.
Route 11 between Ithaca College and downtown will again include late-night trips, with some buses returning to campus as late as 2 a.m.
TCAT also plans three in-person public outreach sessions this month to gather rider feedback.
