Ontario County sheriff's deputies arrested two Rochester residents Sunday following a shoplifting complaint at Von Maur in Victor, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Sylevester Webb, 43, and Cecily A. Hayes, 59, are accused of working together to pass all points of sale without paying for $297 in merchandise, deputies said.
The arrests were made at 1:13 p.m. on Commerce Drive in the town of Victor, according to the release.
Webb and Hayes are due to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the larceny charge.
