A Geneva man faces two charges following a domestic incident Friday in which police said another person’s breathing was obstructed and that person was prevented from calling for emergency help.
Julius K. Williams, 51, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree criminal mischief, according to Geneva police.
The incident was reported on Cherry Street.
