Cayuga Community College has named alumna Natalie Indelicato as its adult learner coach, a role focused on helping returning students navigate enrollment, financial aid and college support services.
Indelicato returned to college as an adult student in 2012 and earned her Cayuga degree in 2014 before completing a master's degree at SUNY Brockport. She will work with adult students taking classes in Auburn, Fulton and online.
The position is designed to help students balance college with work and family responsibilities. Indelicato will assist with registration and financial aid and connect students with academic and support programs.
She has previously worked in several roles at Cayuga, including learning support, student engagement and advising, financial services and admissions.
The appointment comes as Cayuga participates in SUNY Reconnect, a state program that allows eligible New Yorkers ages 25 to 55 to earn select community college degrees at no cost. Adults seeking assistance can contact Indelicato at nindelic@cayuga-cc.edu.
