A Penn Yan woman was charged with harassment after police responded to a complaint involving unwanted physical contact at a village residence.
Nicole L. Willoughby, 53, was arrested following an Aug. 5 complaint, according to the Penn Yan Police Department.
Police said Willoughby pushed another village resident, subjecting that person to unwanted physical contact.
She was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment through Penn Yan Village Court.
Willoughby is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
