A Lyons man was arrested Wednesday after Wayne County sheriff's deputies said he violated a full stay-away order of protection at Abbey Park.
Jeffrey T. Campbell, 38, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense following an investigation into the Aug. 12 incident, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies alleged Campbell was with the person protected by the order at the park in the town of Lyons.
Campbell was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment, the sheriff's office said.
