A Geneva woman was charged with driving while intoxicated Wednesday after deputies responding to a family trouble call found her returning to a County Road 6 home, according to a police release.
Deputies said Jessica R. Yeager-Flynn, 48, provided a breath sample showing a blood alcohol concentration of 0.14% following the Aug. 12 traffic stop and DWI investigation.
The investigation began shortly after 7 p.m. when a caller reported that his wife had left the home in a vehicle while intoxicated, according to the release.
While traveling to the address, deputies saw the reported vehicle turn into the property without signaling. They then contacted Yeager-Flynn and conducted the DWI investigation.
Yeager-Flynn was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Geneva Town Court at a later date, deputies said.
