The Lake House on Canandaigua has launched a two-night lodging package built around antique and vintage shopping across the Finger Lakes, pairing the offer with a 13-stop regional guide.
The resort also plans to host a fall edition of The Lucky Flea on Sept. 13, when more than 50 vintage curators, antique dealers, artists and food vendors are expected along the Canandaigua Lake waterfront.
The Collector’s Getaway
The new Collector’s Getaway includes deluxe accommodations with a two-night minimum stay, two cocktails at the resort’s Library Bar, a Lake House tote bag and a map and field guide to antique and vintage businesses.
The accompanying Finger Lakes Antiquing Trail identifies 13 stops in Canandaigua, Farmington, Bloomfield, Geneva and Rochester. The guide covers antique malls, record stores, vintage clothing businesses and boutiques, according to the resort.
Guests may visit the locations independently or ask the resort’s concierge team to arrange transportation to selected shops. The release did not specify a package price.
The package is part of an effort to connect overnight visitors with secondhand shopping and other businesses beyond the resort. The Lake House said guests may use the promotional code VINTAGE when booking the offer through its website.
Lucky Flea returns Sept. 13
The Lucky Flea market is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 13, at The Lake House. The one-day waterfront event will feature more than 50 vendors selling vintage clothing, antiques, collectibles, handmade items and food.
The market will be open to resort guests and local visitors, according to the release. An event time and admission information were not included.
The Lake House is a 124-room, family-owned resort on Canandaigua Lake. Its amenities include restaurants, a spa, lakefront activities and event spaces.
