State police are continuing an investigation Tuesday into a dump truck accident in Wayne County that claimed one life.
The crash took place Monday in the town of Palmyra, according to troopers.
While details were limited, the accident shut down a portion of State Route 21 near Temple Road, as investigators and first responders combed the scene during the afternoon hours.
At this point, very few details have been released to the public.
