A Penn Yan woman was arrested after police said a Ring doorbell camera recorded her removing her shirt and bra inside the hallway of a private building.
Nicole L. Willoughby, 53, was charged with public lewdness following a complaint received during the early morning hours of Aug. 1.
Police said a person received a doorbell camera notification and reviewed footage that allegedly showed Willoughby undressing in the hallway.
Willoughby then allegedly looked toward the camera, grabbed her breast and made a comment before entering her apartment, according to police.
Officers responded to Willoughby’s residence and told her about the complaint. Police said she acknowledged removing her bra.
Willoughby was issued an appearance ticket and ordered to return to Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
