Seneca County sheriff's deputies arrested a 34-year-old Waterloo man late Saturday on an outstanding warrant tied to an alleged theft at del Lago Resort & Casino.
The Sheriff's Office said Steven M. Foulkrod was taken into custody at about 10:45 p.m. Aug. 1 in the town of Seneca Falls. The agency said the alleged theft occurred in February 2025.
The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted with the arrest, according to the release. No additional information about the warrant or court proceedings was provided.
