A Waterloo man was arrested after police said he damaged another person’s property during a domestic incident.
Michael A. Cotto Jr., 38, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following the Aug. 1 complaint.
Police said the incident was reported at about 2:37 p.m., but no additional details about the damaged property were released.
Cotto was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await centralized arraignment.
Police also requested an order of protection for the victim.
