An East Rochester woman was charged with petit larceny after an alleged shoplifting incident at Von Maur in Victor's Eastview Mall, the Ontario County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies arrested Rachel L. Howe, 19, at about 4:15 p.m. Friday, July 31, following a complaint at the store on Eastview Mall Drive in the Town of Victor.
The sheriff's office alleged Howe passed all points of sale without paying for merchandise valued at $178.
Howe is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge. The charge is an allegation, and Howe is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
