A Seneca Falls man was charged with trespass Friday after police said he entered a local business despite an active notice barring him from the property.
Steven Irish, 60, was arrested at about 12:33 p.m. following a trespassing complaint, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Police alleged Irish violated the active trespass notice by being inside the business. The department did not identify the business or provide additional details about the complaint.
Irish was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
The charge is an accusation, and Irish is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
