A Bath man was arrested after police said a domestic dispute earlier this month left another person with a fractured wrist.
The Village of Bath Police Department said officers responded to a residence on Pine Street at about 11:10 p.m. July 11 following a report of a physical domestic incident. During the investigation, officers determined the victim suffered an unintentional fractured wrist.
Police identified the suspect as Eric J. Bulkley, 37. He was located and arrested the following day, July 12.
Bulkley was charged with one count of third-degree assault, a Class A misdemeanor. He was processed and transported to the Steuben County Jail for a centralized arraignment proceeding before being released.
