The Lyons Central School Athletic Hall of Fame will welcome five former standout athletes and one championship team as part of its Class of 2026, the committee announced.
This year’s class includes Kyle Gravino (Class of 2010), Ryenn Smith (Class of 2013), Taylor Youngs DiSanto (Class of 2014), Johnny Brown (Class of 1990), Olivia Maddock (Class of 2009), and the 2012 Lyons baseball team.
The induction ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, at Club 86 in Geneva. Appetizers will be served beginning at 5 p.m., followed by a buffet dinner and the induction ceremony at 6 p.m. The annual event honors former athletes and teams whose accomplishments left a lasting impact on the Lyons athletic program.
Tickets are $35 and may be purchased through Lyons High School. Cash, checks, and Venmo payments will be accepted, with checks made payable to the Lyons Athletic Hall of Fame. Guests using Venmo are asked to specify those attending when submitting payment. All tickets must be purchased by Friday, September 18.
