More than 200 cyclists are expected to ride around Keuka Lake on Saturday, Aug. 1, during the annual Tour de Keuka fundraiser for United Way of the Southern Tier.
The charity ride will begin at the Hammondsport Fire Station and support community programs serving children, seniors and families. Kennedy Valve is the title sponsor, and about 80 volunteers are expected to help run the event.
Participants can choose 45-, 60- or 100-mile routes or complete a virtual ride. Each rider must commit to raising at least $150.
Registration costs $65 through Friday, July 31, and $75 on the day of the event. Registration and route information are available through the Tour de Keuka website.
Riders will receive breakfast, lunch, rest-stop services, vehicle support, an event T-shirt and a finisher gift. Participants who raise at least $350 will also receive a 2026 Tour de Keuka cycling jersey.
United Way CEO Maleaha Smith said the event brings riders, volunteers, sponsors and supporters together to help create lasting change in the community.
