A Sodus man was charged with aggravated harassment after deputies said he threatened to harm others during a telephone call connected to a disturbance in the village.
Michael Frank, 56, was arrested late Friday following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the disturbance occurred in the village of Sodus and that Frank allegedly communicated the threat by telephone. He was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.
Frank, who lives on Ridge Road in the town of Sodus, was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await centralized arraignment Saturday morning.
