A Lyons man was arrested Thursday on an indictment warrant accusing him of selling crack cocaine at two Lyons residences, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office said.
Antwan M. Terry was indicted on one count of second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The sheriff's office began investigating alleged drug sales involving Terry in October 2025. Investigators said the sales occurred at Terry's residence at 101 Water St. and another residence at 46 Church St.
Search warrants were executed at both locations Dec. 19, 2025. A Superior Court indictment warrant was issued for Terry on July 21.
Terry was arrested July 23 and arraigned in Wayne County Court. He was released and is scheduled to return to court Aug. 8.
