In addition, its Carfax report shows no accidents or other reported damage. However, the top offer of $101,500 did not meet the seller’s reserve, so the car remained unsold. The Shelby window sticker listed a total suggested price of $176,060. As a result, the final bid fell $74,560 below that figure.
830 Horsepower From a Supercharged V8
Shelby gave the car a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 and a 3.0-liter Whipple supercharger. Together, they produce 830 horsepower when the owner uses 93-octane fuel. A six-speed manual sends power to the rear wheels. Meanwhile, a Torsen rear axle with 3.73 gears helps the car put that power on the road. Shelby also added a stronger cooling system, performance half shafts, a short-throw shifter, and a Borla exhaust. Therefore, the Super Snake offers much more than added power.
