A Victor couple got married in their living room after Saturday’s storm destroyed their planned backyard wedding, according to News10NBC. Jessi and Wade Clar had waited a decade to marry before wind and hail tore through the property.
They reported that two trees collapsed onto the wedding tent and a branch impaled a car windshield.
Two to three people were inside the tent when the storm hit, including one of Wade Clar’s sons.
Everyone made it inside safely, and no injuries were reported.
The couple and their guests eventually crowded into the house, where the ceremony went forward.
