The Yates County Legislature will hold a special meeting Wednesday afternoon for an update on the county's public safety facility, with residents given two opportunities to comment.
The meeting is scheduled for 1 p.m. July 22, according to an agenda released by the county, which does not identify a proposed action or vote related to the facility.
The agenda calls for public comment before the facility update and another public comment period afterward. Legislators may also enter an executive session if needed.
Residents can join remotely through Zoom using webinar ID 850 5061 6059 and passcode 409420. Telephone access is available at 646-931-3860 or 646-558-8656.
The agenda also includes attendance, a call to order and the Pledge of Allegiance. No other legislative business is listed.
The Legislature is chaired by Leslie Church, and the county's legislative offices are at 417 Liberty St. in Penn Yan.
