A Lyons man was charged with criminal mischief after deputies said he threw a cinder block at a neighbor's window, causing more than $250 in damage.
Quevell C. Strong, 33, was arrested July 13 following an investigation into the June 11 disturbance on Spencer Street, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
The incident was reported at about 3:50 p.m. June 11. Strong was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail and held pending centralized arraignment.
