Cayuga Heights Road is closed at West Remington Road for a culvert replacement project that began July 20, according to 14850. The closure is on the west side of the intersection and is expected to last until early October.
Drivers can follow a signed detour using Remington Road and North Sunset Drive to return to Cayuga Heights Road at Berkshire Road.
The Cayuga Heights Police Department said local access to residences will be maintained during the project.
Motorists should expect minor delays and follow posted detour signs.
The village awarded the Renwick Culvert Replacement Project contract to J.B. Excavation Services of Apalachin after a competitive bid process.
