Jennifer Quijano is expected to plead guilty this week in connection with the torture and killing of Sam Nordquist, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
Quijano is one of seven defendants charged with crimes including murder, kidnapping and conspiracy after Nordquist was killed in Hopewell and his body was left in Yates County.
She would become the third defendant to withdraw a not-guilty plea, following Emily Motyka and Precious Arzuaga.
Motyka pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and kidnapping in June, while Arzuaga admitted to 10 counts, including first-degree murder and aggravated sexual assault.
Quijano is scheduled to appear Wednesday in Ontario County Court, though prosecutors have not disclosed the expected terms of her plea.
