A Rushville man was charged with harassment after deputies investigated an altercation at a village residence, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael R. Pierre, 66, was charged July 9 with second-degree harassment. Deputies allege Pierre made unwanted physical contact with another person during a dispute that occurred July 7 at a South Main Street residence.
Pierre was issued a criminal summons.
He is scheduled to appear in Potter Town Court at a later date.
