A Victor man was charged with assault after Ontario County deputies responded to a domestic incident Wednesday night, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
William Darryl Ross, 53, of Victor, was arrested July 8 and charged with third-degree assault.
Deputies said the arrest happened at about 8:56 p.m. at 6409 Francis Drive in Victor.
The sheriff’s office said the charge stemmed from a domestic incident that deputies responded to at that address.
Ross was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
The sheriff’s office said the case was investigated by Ontario County deputies.
