An Ontario County woman was arrested Wednesday after deputies investigated a reported harassment incident at a Manchester tavern, according to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office.
Michele Emery, 54, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree harassment after deputies said an investigation found she subjected a victim to physical contact at Timbercreek Tavern.
The sheriff's office said Emery was arrested at 7:49 p.m. July 8 at 16 Seneca Lane in the Town of Manchester.
Deputies said the investigation stemmed from an incident that occurred April 6 at Timbercreek Tavern in Manchester.
According to the release, the investigation found Emery placed her hands around the victim's neck, which alarmed the victim.
Emery is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at 6 p.m. July 22 to answer the charge.
