Deputies said Poole was arrested at about 9:22 p.m. July 8 at the Rice Road address.

The sheriff’s office said the arrest stemmed from a report of a domestic incident at the home.

Deputies said their investigation found there was an active stay-away order of protection in place between Poole and the victim of the domestic incident.

Poole was transported to the Ontario County Jail and held for centralized arraignment court.

He is scheduled to appear in East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
