The first item is a public hearing on Application No. 26-181 from Sands Family YMCA at 351 North St.

The YMCA is seeking site plan review and architectural review to construct a 4,600-square-foot addition, according to the agenda.

Meanwhile, Roseland Waterpark is listed for architectural review under Application No. 26-140A.

The application covers a request to install additional signage at 280 Eastern Blvd.

Four applications are listed as historic alteration requests for signage.

They include Canandaigua Guesthouse at 193 North Main St., Canandaigua National Bank at 72 South Main St., Latitude 43 at 5 Beeman St. and Alice’s Red Rose Boutique at 202 South Main St.

The agenda does not list proposed decisions for those applications, only that the commission will review them.

The commission is scheduled to discuss architectural standards for Eastern Boulevard under miscellaneous business.

The agenda also includes approval of the June 10 meeting minutes before the review of applications.
