Tickets are now on sale for Foodlink's Festival of Food, the nonprofit's signature fall fundraiser returning Sept. 14 to the Rochester Public Market.
The event brings together restaurants, wineries, breweries, bakeries, caterers and other local food and beverage businesses for an all-you-can-eat-and-drink tasting event supporting Foodlink's work to fight hunger and build healthier communities.
Foodlink said the Festival of Food is the region's largest independent tasting event. This year's event will include live music from BB Dang while guests sample food and drinks from participating establishments.
Ahead of the September fundraiser, Foodlink has launched Festival of Food on the Road, a traveling series hosted by longtime festival partners.
The series began last month at Living Roots and continues from 4 to 7 p.m. July 9 at Grappa. Another pop-up is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 12 at Lento. Each event will highlight local food and beverage partners, feature special menu items and offer a preview of the main event.
Tickets for the Festival of Food are available at FoodlinkNY.org/FOF26 and at upcoming Festival of Food on the Road events. General admission tickets are $85, while VIP tickets are $115.
