Newfield’s Mill Park Music Series has opened its 10th season with a summer lineup of free concerts, according to The Tompkins Weekly. About 100 people attended the June 24 kickoff show at Mill Park.
The series began in 2017 and has hosted about 50 shows and 35 musical acts, with performances built around community gathering in the town.
Upcoming shows include Ithaca Bottom Boys on July 8, Friends2Lovers and Livers on July 22, JP Payton and Janet Batch on Aug. 5, and Lloyd’s Boys on Aug. 19.
