The Newark Planning Board is scheduled to review a proposed site plan amendment Monday for a Harrison Street project where Housing Visions wants to leave two berms on the property.
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. July 6 in the Village Court Room on the second floor of the Newark Municipal Building, 100 East Miller St. A workshop is scheduled for 6 p.m.
According to the agenda, Housing Visions is requesting an amendment to the site plan for a project at 130-132 Harrison St. The request would allow two berms to remain on the property, with one on the north side and the other on the east side.
The property is zoned B-2, General Business District, and is listed under tax account No. 68111-18-416166.
The board is also scheduled to approve minutes before taking up the project review.
The agenda does not indicate that a final decision has already been made. Planning Board members are expected to consider the request during the meeting.
