A Seneca Falls man was arrested last week after police investigated a domestic incident, according to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department.
Bryan Haggerty, 39, of Seneca Falls, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. June 26 and charged with forcible touching, a Class A misdemeanor, police said.
Police did not release additional details about the incident.
Haggerty was transported to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment, according to police.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim, police said.
