A Lyons man was arrested after deputies said he stole alcoholic drinks and hot dogs from a Dollar General store in the town of Lyons.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Jonathan K. Tarver, 37, of Franklin Street, was charged with petit larceny after an investigation into a theft at the store.
Deputies said Tarver is accused of stealing a can of raspberry Twisted Tea, a can of peach Twisted Tea and a pack of hot dogs from Dollar General.
Tarver was arrested and taken to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, then transported to the Wayne County Jail for processing, according to the release.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on July 14.
