A Palmyra man was arrested after deputies said he damaged another person's property and threatened a family member during a domestic incident while children were present.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said deputies arrested Tyler D. Horton, 26, after an investigation in the Town of Palmyra on June 13.
Deputies said Horton was involved in a domestic dispute in which he damaged property and made threats to a family member. The sheriff's office said the incident happened in the presence of children under the age of 17.
Horton was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
He was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office for processing and then transported to the Wayne County Jail to be held for centralized arraignment.
