Victor Town Board to discuss Victor Terrace PDD, sewer fee hearing

The Victor Town Board is scheduled to meet Monday night with an informational discussion on the Victor Terrace planned development district and several action items on the agenda.

The agenda includes an informational discussion about the Victor Terrace PDD project during privilege of the floor.

Board members are also expected to consider setting a public hearing for a potential sanitary sewer connection fee increase.

Other planning and building items include authorization for a contract with Gomez and Sullivan Engineers DPC for emergency plan updates for Boughton Park dams, acceptance of a Bass Pro surety and approval of a performance bond for the Norbut large-scale solar facility.

The board is also scheduled to consider the appointment of Shea Kinsella as full-time confidential secretary to the town supervisor.

Recreation items include approvals tied to summer programming and events, including Judah the Band, Kristen Belculfine visual arts, Rich Stein Magic Balloon Camp, summer camp entertainment, Young Explosives America 250, Bubble Mania, Something Else Band for Taco Tuesday, Jon Kuppinger Royal Bromleys, a C.O.L.I. waiver and Lauren Spitaliere music classes.

The meeting will be held in person and livestreamed on the town’s YouTube channel with text commenting available. It will take place at 7 p.m. tonight in the first-floor main meeting room at Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main St.
